A few years have passed since our last newsletter. Just enough time to
marry my wonderful fiance Amelda last Spring.
New Tour
FOOD GURU - Food Tasting Tour with Seafood Cooking Class
The perfect afternnon walking gourmet tour finishing with a seafood
cooking class. Join us on a sensory journey of Napiers food scene as we
introduce you to local tastes, products and people. Enjoy gourmet
tastings of deli meats, cheeses and ice cream from specialist food
vendors. Along the way we learn of local history in Napiers old port
area of Ahuriri. Finally we visit a local fish monger and gather the
seafood needed for our seafood cooking demonstration back at Milk
and Honey. Depending on avalability we can choose from Crayfish
(lobster), Paua (Abalone)Greenlip Mussels, Scallops, Oysters and
varying fish specieslike Groper, Gurnard, Terakihi, Blue Nose, John
Dory and White Bait.
